I am looking to drop about 30 pounds and was considering using clenbuterol. I have a wieder home gym I work out on and and take aerobics class 3 days a week. I am new to all of this and know nothing about compounds such as clen and T3, or what a proper work out would be for a woman so any advice that you can give me would be greatly appreciated
Thanks,
Sara.

Well before you dip into the clen and T3 world as you said you should learn the proper workout you will need for fat loss first - diet is gonna be the big key.
Cardio - I find the best fat burning benefit from it when I do it first thing in the morning with no food at all- just black coffee and water.
The next best time IMO is post weight training.
But I would build up my diet and workout regimen long before I went to clen t3 and the other fat burning chems.

I agree with Ajdos. Clen and T3 will be truly effective once you have the other elements in place.
And remember, whatever you do: with clenbuterol you must dose CAREFULLY and ALWAYS take your Taurine with it.

OK, what is your idea of a "proper workout"... What are you currently doing as far as diet and workout. Clen and T3 work great but those are the easy things to dose and tell you how to take. The difficult part is proper nutrition and training.

100% yes, yes, yes!!!!
A good diet will get you farther than anything else you can take.
Can you post up everything you eat during a typical day and the times you eat them?
Example:
7:00am: 1/2c oatmeal, 6 egg whites
9:00am: blah blah
etc

My favorites on a diet: blah blah - zero calories.

Right now I'm using Texson as my personal trainer. I think he's trying to kill me...lol Seriously I am doing legs and arms with the weights, I also have a Total gym a cardio bike and a Red. Coming soon will be THe Bean and a Leg Master. And I do aerobic 3 times a week.
My diet is not good. I work night so I end up eating usually once in the middle of the night. I have been doing vegatable soup soup diet. Which is a change for me from coffee. cokes and snack food from the machines or fast foods at work. When I'm off I actually cook meals and eat...lol I'm cajun so everything is loaded with calories.
My motivation for even trying this is I find that it has been getting harder to do the lifting and transferring of residents I did without thinking about when I was in my 30's. So my main objective is increasing my strenght and endurance for work. Hopefully drop a few pounds and make it long enough to collect my social security in good enough shape to enjoy not working.
My day at a glance is sleeping all day, going to work coming home and working out then back to bed. I know my metabolism is shut down because I usually only eat once a day. The thing is what diet should I do? Low fat? I know I will have to start eating more often to kick strat my metabolism.
So any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Tex knows about body building for men but not much about for women and what works best for them. The Clem was his suggestion. I'm not sure if I need to go there. So if you have anyin put let me know. Thanks!

You definitely don't need clen right now...
and bodybuilding for men is not much different than for women.
It's difficult to help you alter your diet if you don't list it out. I find that giving someone a diet is a lot less effective than altering the diet they already have. But since you didn't list it, I would suggest trying to eat something every 2-3 hours... and you need to eat meat - not just vegetables. If you're a vegetarian there are other soy options as well.
I find it hard to believe that you only eat once a day and its vegetable soup... and you still manage to exercise and work. What are you eating in addition? Or what are you eating when you're not working?

I would suggest a cyclical ketogenic diet for you, sara. It will be tough at the onset, but your body can surely use the huge change of eating styles.
