I've always been one of those guys with small legs and I got tired of looking good on top and ok on the bottom. I been training legs pretty good lately and it seems like the pain never goes away, especially calves.
I dont think I'm overtraining and I'm starting to see good results. I train legs one day a week and calves twice (3 days apart). Tuesday I trained legs so hard I had that feeling of throw-up in my mouth, pumps were freaking awesome.
What are some of the things you guys/gals do for leg day. I currently do
6 sets of squats 20,20, 15,15,12,8 (very light til 3rd set)
5 sets of leg press 20, 20, 12, 12, 8
4 sets of leg extension 20, 20, 12, 12
4 sets of leg curls 20, 20, 12, 12
2 sets of seated calf raises 20, 20 (heavy)
2 sets of standing calf raises 20, 20 (heavy)
Do you guys think I'm overtraining my legs?

If you are getting good results I would just keep doing what you're doing.

Sounds like a good solid leg routine in my eyes.

Help me understand better here. I've not been on here long so this info may be already out elsewhere on the site. but I will ask the 101 questions anyway
1) how many yrs have you trained?
2) how long have you worked your lower body?
3) how many days a week do you train?
4) how much sleep per nite?
5) what type of work or activity during day when at work? (example: construction work with concrete vs office job)
6) how much protein per day in grams compared to your bodyweight?
7) natural or using gear?
8) other supplements being taken?
not sure how anyone would access if this is over training or not enough without more info. Maybe I'm missing something here.
