So....It's been a long process on two fronts of a career choice.

One is in Health care and the other is counciling Juveniles that have made some major screw ups!!!!

Health care is more cash. Both have great benefits.

My heart tells me to try to help these kids. My friends that work there say alot are unreachable.

Please pray that I make the right decision and that my decision helps others no matter what the case.

Thanks. I really need this. This may be my career, retirement (many yrs away thankfully...lol)

Yall havent failed me in the past and I believe in the power of prayer and so far so good!!!lol

Like ive said....Im no Holy roller but some prayer cant hurt.

I am definitely rooting for ya! I believe you should go with your heart, really...do it. I WAS one of those kids, and none of them are un-reachable....none of them. It's just a matter of finding the right door to their soul and busting it down.

I was such a screwed up teenager, and no one could help me. One night it got me into the hospital, cops, nurses, family, none could calm me down, but then a cop that had been patrolling the lakefront on a bike ended up coming in and hearing me. He came into the room, took off his helmet and sat down, and just started talking to me, he had nothing to do with my situation or anything, but for some reason, something about that man calmed me down, and I was different, better ever since....strange eh?

Must have been an ora or something...I strongly believe in that soul stuff

Long story short, do what your hear/gut tells you to. You will never make the wrong decision...even if it seems like you are at the time.

As I've posted before, I was in the health industry, making DOUBLE what I am now, but I found this job and have never been happier, I'm making half less, but I would pay that amount to be this happy

I hope that you'll get that job coz I know how important it is to get paid at the end of each month with all the bills that you get in the mail each day .. Good luck, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you but remember not to keep your hopes up just in case it doesn't work out for some reason.

SHINE....I hear ya. I dont have anything against holy rollers, im just saying I dont try to push my religion on others is all I mean by that.

Its great to have you and your opinion here. You are a true asset to the board!!!!

God Bless and if its Gods will, I will be counciling Juveniles that have had a really tough road. I just hope I can make a difference in some of their lives.
