back extensions 1x15
leg raises - 1x15

decline abs - 1x15
back extensions 1x15
leg raises - 1x15

shoulder rehab work using lateral motion
20x4 sets each side.

decline hammer stength bench
30x105
6 sets. short rest periods

dbell curls
40'sx20
45'sx16
50'sx12

tri ext pressdown - cable - staight bar- kneeling
100x28
110x24
120x20

felt ok - not great - not awful.
