Ive been reading up on this the past few days. I've searched on here and a few other boards trying to find as much info as possible. I clearly understand its suppose to be great for weight loss. I've read some that it works great but others say no. How has it worked for any of you? Also do you get the benefits of sleeping better or better looking skin? I prefer HGH but I dont trust the local guy and lost touch with my old source. Any info is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the link to the article. Definatly takes some concentration. Confused the hell out of me. From what I understood is that it is nothing like hgh. It has more like an insulin like effect w/ out the bad/risky sides of that. My guess is my understanding is wrong.

Fo sure the 176-191 Frag has some good qualities and worth while for anyone cutting body fat.

fragment 176-191 WILL
Reduces the most stubborn abdominal fat.
Increases muscle mass.
Increases IGF-1 levels, in an effective manner, thus making this a peptide that burns fat and exhibits anabolic function.
Increases energy expenditure.
Improves lipid profiles and lipolytic activity.
Does not negatively impact blood glucose level, nor does cell proliferation occur, like Human Growth Hormone.
Extremely potent and effective fat burner.

I started off running 2iu of gh for 2 weeks before I started the frag. I would have kept running gh but ran out. I've been on the frag for about 2 weeks by itself so far. I'll be adding gh back in again shortly. I'd say run at least 3 months worth.

I go ED @ 600mcg. Not sure how long I will stay on it but I know at least 3 months. I can say it does work. I ate like crap in the beggining and did not gain and slowly lost actually. I've got my eating back in check and its coming off. Most may not agree with my work out decission though. I'm not working out at all to see how well this works. The first month I'm not working out at all. Im doing this just to see how well this actually works. I'm half way through the month now and have dropped 5lbs in 2weeks and that includes the week of eating crappy. After the month is up I'm working out and staying on it. I did GH 2 weeks before this and then ran out. The 2nd month I'm going to throw gh back in at 2iu per day along with working out. Definatly recomend checking this out. Your results may vary and I'm doing my own research to see what results come in different scenarios of people's habbits.

I have been using the stuff for about a week now. I can honestly say I like the stuff. Was waiting to do my next cycle in april, but I have my suplies, and have been like a kid on christmas eve......so in the mean time, I started on primo last week at just 200mg/week and the frag 500mcg/day. I have not changed diet any, my weight has not changed any, but several people have asked my if i have lost weight. I don't think I should see any results yet, but my size32 jeans just seem to fit better, will keep ya updated.

Glad your enjoying it. I still need to get some hgh to throw in with this. I'm not sure what other steroid(s) I want/need to add into it for some good fat loss. I leave for Jamaica in July and have not had a chance to really work out good with my back being messed up and just recovering from pneumonia.
