This question is for the ladies. My wife would like to know what the best OTC fatburners you may have tried.
She did well with the old xenadrene but that was the old formula.

I know this isn't going to answer your question really...but I gotta say, I lost all my fat the good old fashioned way of cardio in the mornings before breakfast, and strict diet, along with weight training, etc...believe me, NOTHING will work faster.......

If she's fairly lean but wants that extra edge than

and only take theese if she has no blood pressure issues! or heart problems at all!

Tell her yohimbine HCL jus before cardio in the morning or 1 25mg ephedrine hcl cap before cardio

Remember Ephedra can weaken the adrenal glands and therefore reduce the effect of ephedrine. However, licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) and Panax ginseng, or vitamin C, magnesium, zinc, vitamin B6 and pantothenic acid sustains the adrenal glands and does not hinder the effectiveness of ephedrine.

Also add Q-10 150 -200 mg everyday for heart health.
