Heres a little chapter i read concerning epo.........
Well,it sounds like your palning on being a human time bomb, rather then a bodybuilder.EPO though it has its palce in AS cycles when added judicioulsy ,should nt ever be teamed up with A-50.Anadrol does very much the same thing as EPO in steroid form,by stepping up the production of red blood cells.Anadrol raises blood pressure substantially and can casue headaches, nausea, and congestive heart failure or stroke.I imagaine it might become worst case scenario if you combine it with d-bol which also elevates blood pressure.Lets look at EPO by itself, though as kind of a refreasher course for those who are familiar with it and those who dont know what it is.......
EPOGEN like A-50 stimulates increased action in the bone marrow to produce more red blood cells which allow more oxgen to be transporated to cells. This allows harder training sessions with greater short term recovery, and accentuates pumps to alevel probably unknow by even heavy AS users. The workouts came more intense and they can last longer since recovery of lactic acid build-up is much more rapid. But EPO can also make blood viscosity look like anut jemimahs pancake syrup too, since it increase the number of red blood cells per ml of blood and ends up thicking the blood to the point of being problematicCyclisit have used EPO for years to combat fatigue and increase oxygen to lungs and muscles. Many have had serious problems and a few died.
On the plus side as i said the ability of the body to recover rapidly is stepped up dramatically. This is crucial for the body builders who continually tear down their bodies with heavy training in the off season. Its particularly useful during precontest aerobic activity is highly unlikely and fat can be burned about 5 times faster as a result. In some ways i think this mistakes EPO superiour in some cateegories to AS.You could feasibly recover from a gut busting leg workout within one day and be back at it,none the worst for wear.In fact, you can go until you are experienceing substrate exhaustion and your legs are actually not burning. You can recover between sets as rapidly as minute or two.The unexplicable thing about EPO is also that you dont experience the soreness that you feel without it after an intense training session and that cant be explained by simply putting EPO into a category of drugs that merely increase oxygen levels of the blood.
In any cases i understand why anyone would want to use EPO .It can truly maximise a drug cycle for this very reason which is im sure why your wanting to include it.You must however constantly monitor pluse and blood pressure if your going to use EPO.That means testing your BP as many as 5 to 7 times ed to know how to tweak the EPO dose.I dont recommend doing more then 2 - 3 weeks of EPO at any stretch, either since blood pressure can remain fairly normal and results be quite dramatic within that time period. You must carefully taper EPO when you come off of it too and must be committed to drinking a LOT of water while your on it.It needs to be more carefully monitored than insulin. It can be done, but remember that side effects can be ultimately devastating. You should consider that when you decide whether its worth it to you to take it or not.....
I hope this info helps....dw

Thanks DW! I was considering this because I do Jujit in the mornings and lift heavy in the evenings and Im just fucking sore and achy. Not to mention the 1.5 hours of intense cardio required for my morning session... Im going to do some more thinking abou thisbefore I pull the trigger. Has anyone personal experience ?

Be careful with it, your blood can get as thick as gravy. There is a forum out there that is just dedicated to EPO and cycling and running. A shit load of info there...

I have great insurance and a Urologist that caters to proathletes so this isnt a problem but can you elaborate on the ancillaries you mentioned. Im learning too but there isnt much discussion out there .
Thanks bro
