Good article MissK!
I am a slow burner. so I gain muscle really easy. I am the opposite of a hard gainer. not genetically gifted per se but alright.
I tend to park further and walk more to and from the stores. to work in the lot etc. Mrs Streetdawg nags at me when we park and have to walk further into a store and I tell her but the extra exercise is good for ya! LMAO
I am going to work on upping my metabolism some while in a break from weights right now and get back to doing more cardio than I had been. its good for all of us!

Very true! I kicked my metabolism into super high gear doing insane amounts of cardio, when I quit that, my body didn't, the metabolism kept going for a long while, I was surprised at that one!
