Been out of the game for a litlte over a year due to mashin my hand up in my last fight. I am comin back in march or so, but was going to try and drop from welter to lightweight. SO instead of cutting to 175 I want to cut to 165. I walked before about 185, I walk now about 175. So it seems pretty reasonable. My question is, what would you suggest to help shred the fat from a year off. I know i'm softer and have some to lose, and I know i will start putting on mass when working out, een just grappling I will gain some, so I want to stay as trip as possible. any suggestions would rock. Diet OR suppliments... danke..

Cardio in the am before eating. Eat minimal calories of ALL good foods, stay away from processed foods and refined sugars (all sugars for that matter) and don't eat anything after 6:00pm.

That is the best recepie for fat loss biggrin.gif

Good luck!

I hear ya on that; however difficult. I have two boys, I dj at night, and i run two companies.. so I get little sleep. (i know.. bad BAD) so after 6pm does not work since I usually don't hit the sack until 3am or so.. typical rule is four hours before bed right?

lol, that's understandable, everyone is busy, especially at this time of year, but yes, in that case NOTHING after 4 hours before bed smile.gif And make sure your calories look like an inverted triangle.
