I went through the same thing with my fore arms. During curls they would hurt like hell. I had broken both my wrist a while back. That turned out to be the problem. I went through several stretching routines before I could effectivley do curls with any decent amount of weight.

Could be nerve pain....possible small pull. It won't take long to heal, just try a different exercise, and stretching smile.gif

More than likely tendonitis between ulna and radius bones. Are you using any supps right now? NSAIDs like Ibuprofen or Naproxen Sodium (Adil or Aleve) will help and I would also try stretching before and icing them down afterward.

Yes but i would rather avoid the nsaids if possible. I'd try cissus powder, 1/4tsp 2x/day mixed with shakes> Give this a couple weeks and see. It has helped all my joints/tendons as I naturally have small wrists/ankles and they'd get sore from almost anything

You can try the Cissus. It didn't work for me. You might want to try some Glucosimine and Chondrotin. If that doesnt work then try the NSAIDs.
