RECEIVING WHOLENESS
When you are made whole by Jesus Christ, there is no lack spiritually, no lack physically and no lack in your soul. In Christ, we are Whole just like Him. Jesus grew in wisdom (mental development) and in stature (physical develop-ment) and in favor with GOD ( spiritual development) and favor with man Social development). God wants you to be healed and whole in Jesus Christ.

Wholeness comes when we yield to God so that he is able to minister healing on every level of our being. And that happens when we surrender in accordance with God's will and timing. Now "surrender" is a bad word to say to people. We all want to maintain our own strength and our own abilities, while God is saying, "let go, and let Me have My wonderful way."

Surrender is a process! That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection...(Phil.3:10) I like that part of the verese. The rest of the verse reads,... and the fellowship of his sufferings. That part of the verse is difficult for me. The "fellowship of His sufferings" is surrender that develops Christ's character of love which suffers long and is kind. Being made conformable unto his death: {that} I might attain unto the resurection means that I must first surrender before I know the power of His resurrection.

For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell
(Col.1:19). God intends that not only in Christ should all fullness dwell, but that we should be filled with all the fullness of God. Such wholeness can only happen through full surrender to HIM.
