Went to the doc yesterday and had my blood pressure checked and it was like 150/100. ohmy.gif I know that seems to be crazy high. Part of it could have been a little anxious, but also I'm in my second week of a Tren/Sust cycle, which I know is starting to affect it too.

Cycle doses are:
300mg Tren E/week
750mg Sust/week

My question is if I take jump on some Celery Seed extract and/or Garlic pills, is that going to be enough to get me back down so I don't have a stroke? Should I maybe take a lose-dose of aspirin too while on the tren? I know high BP is a side of tren, just didn't think it would affect me that bad. blink.gif

Thanks for the help fellas.

aspirin is a must imo...garlic is more I think for the cholesterol. keep your water intake high, sodium intake low.
my bp was 176/110 christmas eve. my stress level is sky high though.
keep stress at minimum.

Said perfect... Aspirin for sure!!!

Stay on top of having your BP checked during your cycle, you may need a prescription during the cycle if you can't lower it naturally...

I believe Hawthorne Berry is supposed to be very good for BP...

anti-e's also keep down b/p as it reduces water gain, Grunt is very knowledgeable on this ,

Thanks for the help fellas. I figured the tren was messing with me. I wasn't as concerned with the systolic, but the diastolic was way off the fucking map. I'm taking aspirin now, popping some garlic and going to get some celery seed extract at lunch today. Should I cut out the tren completely or just back it down to 100mg to 200mg a week? I would think that at that point, it's kind of pointless to put my body through stress if the lower dose isn't has effective and just switch the gear I'm running.
Height - 5' 9"
Body weight - 195lbs
Body fat - +/- 10%
Doc said that normally, I should be around 130/80.

Things is, I've run plenty of other cutting stacks, just decided to give tren a shot as I'm not typically that susceptible to sides like this. At this point, I would rather just switch back to my old reliable of EQ and run the rest of my cycle with var at the end.

You may want to ask you doctor about some meds for BP like 50mg of Toprol XL a day or so for now till your BP is good... Once you get off cycle you may be able to slowly get off meds and use natural products to keep the BP stabilized... Might be one route you can consider...

I dont think the Aspirin is as important as getting something to get your pressure down. Aspirin is a blood thinner so its not going to do a lot to get your pressure down. I'm not a nature man so I don't know about the garlic or hawthorne so I will leave that up to someone else. I do know meds though. I would go with something like Benicar 20mg once a day or if you have had a big time water gain then Lasix 20mg a day. I wouldn't mess around with it. You need to get on something a keep a close watch on it.
