Why is this?


1. Because of the possible side effects.
2. Because of the legal ramifications.
3. Because it would take decades to complete studies.
4. Because studies can't be done humans.
5. Because the law is fighting a losing battle. Because all they can do is slow it down for now.

6. OR BECAUSE THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT MAKING MONEY OFF THE BLACK MARKET. This is what I believe!!!

Its because the govt wants control of 'Everything'.. Wait till they tell you what you can set the temperature of your home at.. They want you to live like they did in prehistoric times.. No more fancy cars/limos/SUVs.. but the govt can have all that stuff and more..

It is a plan to make all vitamins and dietary supplements fully regulated, even PRESCRIPTION-ONLY items.

codex can be a good thing, I know the government's goal is essentially to make money off it and set regulating bodies....but look at the bright side next time you take that no name protein that's $10 a bucket, you might actually have protein or the stated content in it....Right now any one can fill a fancy bottle up with what they like and sell it to you.

If this goes through look for 50 to 60 percent of supps to go away under false advertisement and labeling. My opinion.

Just had a thought! If it were legalized it would be able to be taxed. This would be additional tax revenue that can generate millions of dollars that could be used to improve the NATIONAL DEFICIT. With the amount of Athletes out there and every day people this could work. Every bit counts now and days
