Alright fellas, I've looked over the detection times post, but I guess I'm looking for an answer from someone that has knowledge or experience in this area.

One of my bros is going to be taking his SWAT test and just found out that they are going to be testing their testosterone levels as part of the test. He is currently running Sust/prop blend and Tren E. I believe the test is in April or May and I guess I'm curious if anyone is familiar with how this test is going to work. I honestly didn't think that they would ever start testing specifically for gear in law enforcement, but I guess thanks to Canseco, everything changes. If he stops now, is he going to still show-up spiked test levels or is there anything he can do to appear normal on the test? Sorry, I don't know if it's a blood test or urine test, but I can find out of it's necessary info. Thanks guys and I hope my boy makes the SWAT force cause he is definitely one of the guys you would want coming to save your ass from terrorists. haha weight_lift.gif

THEY TEST FOR AAS IN MY AREA FOR SWAT, TAC AND SRT OR ANY ENTRY TEAM LEVEL.

IF ITS IN APRIL STOP NOW, IF ITS IN MAY THEN YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO GO UNTIL THE END OF MARCH.

THE THING TO REMEMBER HERE IS THAT THEY ARE NOT TESTING YOU (YOUR BUDDY, WHATEVER) FOR SPECIFIC AAS, THEY ARE TESTING FOR THE TESTOSTERONE/EPITESTOSTERONE LEVEL.

SO LONG AS YOUR FREE TEST LEVELS FALL IN THE NORM RANGE AT THE TIME OF TETSING, 300-900NG/DL MOST PLACES, THEN YOUR GOING TO BE FINE.

IF THEY WERE TESTING USING WADA ANTI-DOPING STANDARDS OR HE WAS TRYING OT GET INTO THE OLYMPICS THEN THE METABOLITES OF THE DRUGS USE WOULD BE PRESENT POSSIBLY STILL, BUT THEY AREN'T. THEY MERELY LOOK FOR YOUR TEST LEVELS, WHICH WILL BE BACK TO NORMAL OR EVEN SOMEWHAT LOW UPON A FEW WEEKS OF CESSATION OF BOTH OF THOSE DRUGS.

PROP AS WE KNOW CLEARS FAST, WITHIN A WEEK OR TWO OF NON USE YOU SHOULD BE QUITE LOW IN THE FREE TEST RANGE, TREN E I'M NOT CERTAIN ON, BUT ITS ASSUREDLY GOING TO NOT BE AFFECTIVE YOUR TEST LEVELS ON A POSITIVE NOTE ( MEANING MAKING THEM HIGHER) AFTER 2-3 WEEKS OF NON USE.

THE THING HE NEEDS TO FIND OUT IF WHEN THE TEST IS GOING TO BE FOR SURE, I MEAN APRIL OR MAY, THATS ALOT OF TIME DIFFERENTIAL. SAFEST THING WOULD BE TO STOP NOW AND HE WOULD BE SAFE FOR SURE, BUT HE MAY BE ABLE TO CONTINUE USING UNTIL THE END ORF MARCH IF ITS NOT UNTIL SOMETIME IN MAY.

Thanks TB, I appreciate the info bro. I know it's not the anti-doping tests because that's way too expensive and would be a complete waste of taxpayers money. They should even bother with the testing, all law enforcement and firefighters should be freaks. wink.gif
