It is good to back guys and gals! Been gone fo a while, I had a heart attack and then my father died 7 days later while we were sittin at home talkin BS. He was awesome father, and strong as a bull. the night he died he squatted 600 for 5 reps at age 53 and 215 body-weight. He was inducted into the michigan hall of fame for powerlifing back a few yrs ago! Anywho-its good to see all is well here..... BIGDUECE

i am very sorry you lost your Dad BD, sounds like he was also your best friend. take care of your self mate, your family needs you to be strong for them now. i'm sure we all wish you and your family the best in these difficult times.
