Cant believe this Injury has not gone away.
My left Shoulder is not good, I cant do certain things in the GYM, no bench, nothing incline either.
I could sometimes do machine bench press, but only if its not wide.
I stopped training for a while. Hoping pure rest would make it go away. But NO, now just a certain movement still causes pain.
I had it worked on by a PT, I think it has something to do with BICEPS TENDON, that runs through the SHOULDER. A bro here told me so.
Just sucks, I will look to buy a SHOLDER SUPPORT.
Any advice, feedback is welcome.
peace

Well mike I wish I had good news for u. Ice, rest, anti-inflamms, stretching, and pt is all u can do. I had a partially torn biceps tendon back in the day. Had it operated on and some bone shaved, shoulder has never been the same. April 1st I'm getting the same shoulder operated on again, rotator cuff tendon tear. I don't think any shoulder supports would help. Goodluck Mike!

Sounds like a tendon injury for sure
I'm sorry to hear that! Anything with shoulders is so unfortunate as they are incorporated in any movement with upper body..
I think a shoulder brace or support would be a good idea...
It's true though, there's not much else you could do. Anti-inflammatories will help

Yep either tendon injury or rotator cuff. If PT and rest didn't help, then the knife probably is your only option. Really no way to fix it without surgery. Sorry. I would try some Glucosomine, Chondrotin, and MSN. One of my ortho doc here swears by it.

That, combined with GH, IGF, EQ, anavar and no more than 200mg/wk test will help. Oh, add USPLabs' SuperCissus. Very good stuff for soft tissue injuries.

i had a serious shoulder injury for 2 years..I couldnt do any kind of flat bench.I was in m 20s when this happen to me....All i did was train around the injury..I trully dont think any drugs is gonna make a diff in your case....So,if i was u i would just train around the injury and Hopefully it will heal sooner then later...I know this isnt any advice given but its just proven facts....Now one thing comes to my mind ....depo medrol ....You u can find a doctor to inject that stuff insside the joint thats giving you your problems..It could very well allow u to train the way you want but it doesnt fix the problem ,what it does is mask the problem...A shoot of that stuff last about 5 months...I should know i get them in my elbows alot...dw
