hi all,

i have some serious laxity in both my shoulder joints... from what i understand it basically means the joints are loose as all hell... too much space in there... they sublaxate (i think thats the term) on a frequent basis... now i've been to a physio and he's just told me to do a bunch of crappy external rotation exercises... already been there and done that, didn't make a huge difference...

does anyone have any experience with this type of problem?

many thanks in advance,

piotr
