I've been adding tabata interval training into my weekly schedule. For anyone looking to mix up your routine and get a little extra cardio in without spending a lot of time it's perfect. Tabata is similar to HITT only you're working 20/10 sec splits. I normally struggle with morning cardio but because it's quick I can avoid not getting up much earlier than I normally do. It's a great way to get the day started!
