1st Time IGF-any advice

I would like ot make sure i have the dosing and the meal scheduling right b/f i take the plinge. any advice or thoughts are much appreciated.

This diet and schedule was proposed by a well-known trainer and nutrtionist in my area. Let me know what you think.

daily calories: 3477
daily fiber: 21.9g
daily sidium: 769mg
daily carbs: 526.1g 60.5%
daily protein: 394.9g 33.9%
daily fat: 21.5g 5.6%

meal 1: pure vitargo or waxiemaize 170.4g (6oz)
cal:432 carbs:108g pro:0

meal 2: cream of rice cereal 75.0g (2.6oz)
honey 113.6g(4.0g)
apple 142g(5.0oz)
cal: 438g carb:101.7g pro:5.4g

meal 3: ground turkey breast 287.5g(10.1oz)
cal: 434 carb: 0g pro:100g

meal 4: ground turkey breast 230g(8.1oz)
rice,white 227.2g(8.0oz)
cal:603 carb:58.4g pro:84.8

meal 5: pure vitargo or waxiemaize 170.4g(6.0oz)
cal: 432 carb:108g pro:0

meal 6: cream of rice cereal 62.5g(2.2oz)
honey 227.2g(8.0oz)
apple 142g
cal: 461 carb: 108.4 pro: 4.6

meal 7: Unique whey protein 56.0g
cal: 200 carb:4.0 pro:46.0g

meal 8: sirloin steak 170.4g(8oz)
red potatoe 212.5g(7.5oz)
cal: 476 carb:37.5 pro:54.1

SCHEDULE/TIMING:
1) wake up: 10-20mcg igf
2) 20 min later consume meal 1
3) 30 min later consume meal 2
4) 5-10 min later consume meal 3
5) 2 1/2 hrs after IGF consume meal 4
6) take 10-20mcg IGF
7) 20 min later consume meal 5
8) repeat sequence 3 meal 6
9) repeat sequence 4 meal 7
10) repeat sequence meal 8

notes: Upon completion of 2-3 sequence add a 3rd sequence as your body can tolerate. Add 3 additional meals of chicken/turkey 8oz + 8oz of asparagus or salad.

honestly, this schedule seems a bit exact,but this is the schedule used by my best frined who is only a trainer and has competed successfully in many shows, national and state. comments or concerns please....thank you.

I'm sure that will be fine for IGF, but slin is much more picky about carb loading and definately choosing the right carbs. (well depending on the type fo slin to).
