Got test results back.

AST: 114H N:7-45
ALT: 80H N:7-55

Running Sust250 1x wk
250 deca x2 wk

Have some pain in my right side as well.



? any thoughts?

Could just be a fatty liver. They normally don't worry until your AST is above 150. You could add some liver supps to help. RYR or celery seed or do a niacin flush. Or others. (Liv.52 or Tylers Liver Detox)

To make sure see your doctor and ask for an ultra sound of your liver.

Your liver values should not be elevated on such a low dose cycle.

Do you take alot of prescription drugs? Do you drink alcohol daily?

I got a call from the doctor, I did a second blood test yesterday the results today came back normal! , weird but happy. Only thing on the high side was the test levels but thats all good

I like my liv.52, milk thistle, cranberry extract, dandilion rooot, polycostinol (sp) ....

Had the same thing happen to me but I was taking Aboms... shocked the hell out of doc the next visit after taking that stack for just two weeks. love it mane

my only thought is why r u running sust once a week? sust should be 3 times a week and u should wait to start the deca until the last couple of weeks of doing the sust....
