So, see my post in general, that will explain my financial situation well enough, fortunetly i still live with the folks, have a training partner who picks me up and takes me to the gym every day, and get by fine on my diet and supps. My question is, now that i'm getting nice and cut up and my old muscle mass back, tanng.

I cant afford to go to a salon, so i thought about outdoor tanning. I'm a german/english mix, so very fair skin. When i used to go tanning i would use lotion, and spend 2 minutes 3 times a week and then taper up.

So outdoor tanning, laying on the back deck in tighty whities, lil sisters friends should love that

can anyone give me some tips, the general low down on this?
