Ms. W prob not back like I used to lol but back as much as I can. Between coaching tball, working my ass off, and a few other business adventures I barely check email once a week. mad_dawq I have not touched a weight in over a year except for moving them around in teh garage and the body definately shows it lol. And no mugzy I am anewbie compared to you lol. Thanks Shine and MissKBuff!
