First cycle in years...cutter...suggestions!

Hey guys...its been a long long time!

stats:
6'1"
234lbs
13-14%bf
49" chest
17" arms
37" waist
58" shoulders
26" quads- WEAK POINT

Quick bio....been lifting since 2000. Powerlifted for a while, best lits were a raw 500lb bench, 605 deadlift, and 630 squat. I tore my pec in 2006, and tore the muscle from the tendon so it couldnt be fixed. They say it can help cosmetically but not for use so I opted out.

I went up to a high of 296lbs of blubber and have since cut to 234lbs. Im still cutting and want to get to 10% bf. Im using the palumbo keto type diet to get there. im an endomorph body type. I also had gyno removed in 2006 and it has since returned. I havent done a cycle since 2007 in the fall....i tried some prop and tren, gyno flared up and i got off. Ive been told this may have been due to carrying well over 20% bf and trying to cycle.

I am now going to try again! I want something to help cut me up and retain LBM while cutting. Im obviously worried about gyno and need to have a good anti E and PCT program as my hormones obviously spike fast. Im thinking of test prop due to low doses and still getting a god effect...plus I can drop off of it quick if I have to. I was thinking of tren and winny to stack with it as well. Armidex during the whole cycle....and hcg and arimidex PCT. Something like this:

Test prop Wk 1-8- 100mg EOD
Tren Acetate Wk 1-8 100mg EOD
Winny tabs wk 4-8 50mg ED
arimidex .5mg ED wk 1-10 - The right Idea?
hcg at the end- I have no Idea how to run this? 1500mcg every 3 days??? Ideas?


I think this will be a good stack to bring my body fat down. My main concern is gyno, so my anti estrogen and PCT are very important to me. It will need to be done by the book. Also wasnt sure if I should run winny longer? I was thinking 4 weeks of 50mg tabs was gonna be hard enough on my liver.

My diet is and has been perfect...Ive been dieitng all year already so diet isnt an issue. Ill also be taking mlk thistle and liv 52 tabs to help me there. Im already on cholsterol meds so I should be ok there...as I believe arimidex raises it a bit.

I would do the prop and the tren for 8 weeks and I would also run anavar with it for 8 weeks. I would use the hcg at 500ius every 5 days from the start of the cycle till the end of the cycle. You probably wont need the arimidex because of the short esters, but it is good to have on hand and you could use it if you wish during your cycle. I never needed anything like that when I ran this exact cycle and I got awesome gains and lost a good amount of fat in a short time. I always make sure I have some nolva on hand for every cycle just incase. The prop, tren, and anavar cycle is a great cutter with solid gains in strength and lean body mass while getting rid of some unwanted fat too. I ran it and went from a bulky 235lbs to a lean hard 212lbs in 5 weeks. For some added fat loss throw in some clen for a couple of weeks.

Extend the cycle IMO, 8 weeks is a bit short. Remember that monitoring your diet is more important when cutting than the type of gear you choose. I do like the prop and tren together, it would look awesome to me to run both for 12 weeks and use the winny tabs week 8-12.

Thanks for the advice guys.

I will run the arimidex for sure during the cycle. I cant chance it....Ive tried without it and gyno flares up right away. Im very sensitive to it. Im thinking .5 mg ED or EOD should be fine though.

Interesting on running hcg 500iu every 5 days...ill look into that! I guess that might even help with the gyno a bit by keeping my own hormones a little more level?? Maybe Im off base there...either way ill look into it.

I was also thinking of extending the cycle to 12 weeks...just wasnt sure on running the tren that long....thought it might be a bit harsh.

LASTLY- I realize diet is #1....and that is why Ive got that in line first and foremost. Ive dieted this year from Jan 11th to now....One cheat MEAL a week and I went 6 weeks with no cheat meals. Ive been dieting on low carbs with several different variables....anabolic diet, cut diet, and now the palumbo diet. The diet isnt the problem....I just lose fat stubbornly and at this point need some HELP!

I agree, running Tren for 12 weeks is long, but I have done it before. Maybe you run it for the first 8 weeks then switch to the winny for the last 4 with prop throughout, like this...

Prop 1-12 100mg EOD
Tren 1-8 100mg EOD
Winny 9-12 50mg ED

Prop and masteron. Masteron also helps keep the gyno at bay. Great stack and all the bs about only using masteron a low bf levels is absurd. Great compound for all types of goals. Good luck.
