Ok vip, every time I go on a cycle I tend to start craving a certain food. This cycle its meatball & sauage pizza. I'm putting back large 2 large pizza's per visit. lol. I'm diff putting on the weight with no problem, I'm also doing less cardio. I've put on 9lbs in 2weeks. Last cycle and almost every cycle it was snickers but this cycle they are not cutting it, I need more food.
Taking
Test propionate 100 every other day
Sustanon 250 twice a week
Diabol 5 four per day.

Waiting
30 days then I'm adding Deca 100, 1cc per week

Should be a one!!!!! LOL

AS long as you don't have any trouble with adding to much bady fat eating is good for growing. When on Tren I have a horrible time finding my appetite, even b12 and Eq doesn't help much!

if you find ur adding to much body fat try adding in 25mcg to even 50mcg of T3 ed to help keep fat gain down.

not for everybody but it works for me.

Here is a recipe I use when I like a good cheat meal and it sodium free

ITALIAN TURKEY BURGERS
Ingredients
1 lb "Extra Lean" Ground Turkey Breast
1 small onion
1/4 cup fresh basil
Red Peppers and Red Pepper flakes or Powder
5 sun-dried Tomatoes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 egg whites
Directions:
Put the turkey in a bowl and set aside.
Roughly chop the onion and put it into a food processor or mini chopper along with the basil, red peppers and pepper flakes and sun dried tomatoes.
Blitz the ingredients until the onions and everything else is finely chopped.
Empty the contents of the food processor into the bowl with the ground turkey breast.
Add the garlic powder and the egg whites.
Mix with your hands until everything is well combined.
Form four equal sized burgers and place on a plate and put into the fridge for an hour to firm up.
Take the burgers out of the fridge and either pan fry in a little bit of extra virgin olive oil for about 5 minutes on each side until cooked through or cook on a Foreman type grill for about 10 minutes total.
Serve on 2 slices of Low Sodium Ezekiel Bread or on a salad with your choice of an Ultra Fit friendly and approved carbohydrates source.

u can also add this to some homemade pizza crust
