Hello guys, I'm looking for a good place to shop online for my supplements especially Protein powders, I prefer big packages or anything bigger than the standard, 2lbs, 5lbs. I recently purchase a 5lbs and I paid almost $60 wacko.gif angry.gif so any recommendation for protein supplements would be greatly greatly appreciated!

Lastly, I know this sounds weird but I am no Chef cook, I could handle my own but is their a book out there that would teach the single, none kitchen cooking guy the simple healthy foods to eat without all those extra stuff, you know, measure 1/2 this, teaspoon of that etc, lol!

Thanks!

TrueProtein.com is where I purchase my protein as well as waxy maize and various other supplements. One of the owners of this site is Dante, the originator of DogCrapp Training

Wow, I'm surprised noone else has posted up any advise. I didn't mention any cookbooks in my original post because there are so many out there and the ones I have are old. Nonetheless being old doesn't make them obsolete so here are some of the one's I have that I find useful.

Mandy Tanny's "The Muscular Gourmet"
Mandy Tanny's "Bodybuilding Nutrition"
Robert Kennedy's "Rock Hard"

There are also a lot of recipes for healthy cooking in the old VIP newsletters (thanks Vin Diesel) and on a number of other boards. I know Vin Diesel has posted a number of great recipes, maybe she'll read this and direct you to were you can find them.
