First of all I wouldnt do anything without getting properly checked out by my personal doctor, yes I did inform my doc about my intentions so he recommended a long safe dosage of 1.8iu per day up to 2.0iu's no more than that. Also, I got my IGF tested and all of my proper bloodwork done.

I've done my research on GH and I am not scared of the bs that most talk about, lets face it ANYTHING you use and I MEAN ANYTHING, if you abuse it, you will PAY! PERIOD end of story! Wether AAS, SLIN, HGH, Peptides, drugs, alcohol and the list goes on, damn even if you eat to much is bad for you WTF! wink.gif wacko.gif

I don't have extensive experience with HGH, but the biggest thing I noticed was my sleep was a lot better. I slept more sound and did actually feel a little better when waking. Getting up to pee in the middle of the night got better too (less frequency). I'm not sure if that was coincidence or not? I'm also in my early 40's. I can't afford it or I would run 1iu a day. If I ever get it approved by insurance I will be on it.

I felt good while running it and getting ready to run it again but I didn't feel it like you do test. But like I said, I will run it again.

I know not much help but figured I would share.

^Thats from those bad sides you read about earlier! Haha. Nah.
Honestly, you probably are not even in a beneficial range yet. It really does take a few months to notice the difference.
For myself, getting past the first couple months was rough. I was running low dose and felt lethargy pretty bad. To the point that by mid day(when I work out), I was feeling too tired to workout. It wasn't a glucose issue either. After a couple months, that issue subsided. Sleep was great. It is just really hard to testify to how well it worked. I was on gear nearly the entire time I used GH. I was working out like a mad man, nutrition was better than ever, and i was doing cardio every morning. So I felt good...actually better than ever. I looked better than ever as well. But again, that was an extensively long venture that involved cycling gear the entire time.
I never noticed any sides other than a short run of lethargy.
I started the GH before I started that super long cycle, and I ran it a while past the end of the cycle.

As far as all those sides stated, that is a little extreme. This community, the bodybuilding community, is where excess has no boundaries for some. And for many others, the idea of more is better. If all of those side effects were truely an issue, we would certainly hear many horror stories of it. Supraphysiological doses of steroids and growth hormone run rampant in bodybuilding. This community, more than any other group of people, would see, firsthand, the negative effects. We are in the trenches. I don't see how one can say, "You can do roids for many years without abusing them and have no bad long term affects...but the opposite of GH". Sounds exactly like the media and ephedra. Or like those that have never used slin, but are so strongly against the use of it. Living in fear. In reality, there are a handful of long term use studies on the arsenal this community uses. It is not so easy to say GH will cause this..., but steroids will not.

Thats my problem with all the bros who use GH... They say it worked great but they dont know for sure because they were on test and dbol and tren and prop and 10 other things. If youre not getting the side affects, chances are your GH is fake......and there is a ton of fake GH on the market now that the Us has clamped down on China....

I'm 46, have trained for 27yrs of my life.

I tried 4iu's per day for a week. (5 on 2 off regimen) could hardly keep awake and then tried 2iu a day for 5 days on, 2 days off. still I was tired and lethargic as hell and hardly felt like finishing my work out. I was told that was too much and try even less since what I got was potent. I had legit GH from a source I had known for a long time. I may go back at some point and just try 1iu a day & see how it goes.

I do agree that like anything else moderation is the key & being educated about what you put in your body. I've used AAS off and on for 8yrs now & did alot of reading before starting my first cycle.
