Question for the group: Would HGH or IGF help heal tendonitis or a tendon that has been debrided and needs to repair? Is there some other peptide that would work for this? On the same note, would androgens like testosterone and trenbolone help or hurt the tendon healing process?
TIA

In terms of whether androgens help or hinder tendon healing, a few years ago an orthopedic surgeon told me that androgens were bad for your tendons, ligaments etc. I'd been to see him because my shoulder kept popping out. Sorry nothing to back up what he said from me, of course, but the guy would know what he's talking about

Only thing I know that gets rid of tendonitis is rest and ice and alot of it. I had some in my forearm near my elbow, I iced it for 20-30 mins 3/x a day for 3 weeks. No lifting, or anything. Went away, and it hasnt been back since. And I was on hgh at the time too at 4ius/ed.. I honestly dont think it had anything to deal with the healing.
