Primobolan as a first cycle

i was thinking running 400 mg for 12 weeks , but i looked around and maybe 400 is too low ?

I'd go with the traditional Test E or Test C cycle @ 500 mgs per week for 8 to 12 weeks.... I think you will get alot better results with the Test than you would with the Primo.
yea i was going for test e but when i heard about primo and the low chance of sides i changed my mind ... so i dunno.
either primo 400mg 12 weeks or test e 10 weeks 500mg

I agree with BD. I wanted to run a primo only cycle for my first because of the lack of sides also, but with 500mg of Test per week, the sides will be minimal at best.
the thing is even at a dose of 500mg for test e , im afraid of gyno issues ....cause i've done the bullshit prohormones and people said u only need OTC supps for pct ... which screwed my chest up and i couldnt get nolva on hand at that time ..... so thats whats holdin me back

You shouldn't have any issues with gyno at only 500 mgs per week of test.

You cant always think what you hear is the right thing to do bro. I hear people say all you for pct test cycles is some 6 oxo and a little st johns wart....come on. Get real. You need to research all your options before you fuck around. If you read about everything out there, you should know what to do without anyone's advice. Good luck bro.

so true , it was a dumb mistake on my part.
cycle im thinking of for test e would go something like this...dbol for first 4 weeks is up in the air dont know if ill do that

im 24...5'10 212lbs
been lifting for 6-7 years all together, my body easily maintains bodyweight rather than gaining/losing
will take piotr's advice and just take dose all at once

throw in moderate dose dbol for a few weeks at the start.. cheap stuff and real easy on the body for most people... definitely wont hurt... i've run dbol so many times and even at doses of 50-60mg per day the only side affect I get is bloat... at 30mg per day (15 mg twice per day) I wager you'd get very little bloat with noticeable gains

oh apparently blue hearts are available here ... im not too sure of the difference between pink and blue but ill stick to pink

That's fine. I use to space mine out as well. Once in the morning after breakfast, and once post-workout. Blue Hearts are great. In the past they were slightly overdosed hence why they have a good rep, but you can't go wrong with the Thai pinks, just be sure they're legit. Either is great.

in fact when you're training you're not really going to be "anabolic" at all - you'll be tearing down muscle fibre hopefully. for our purposes you want you're body to be in a state of anabolism 24 hours a day, or as close to that as possible. Therefore try to spread your dosages of dbol evenly throughout the day, even 12 hours apart if you can. For example first thing with breakfast take 15 mg and then after dinner take 15 mgs something like that...
the last two little dbol kickstart cycles i've run i've done 20mg at around 8am and 20mg around 9pm - worked very well. I used to always spread my doses of orals 3-4 x per day, EG 10mg x 4, but last couple of times, even though I was sceptical, I went 2 x per day and the effect was very pleasing
