mate don't drop them pre workout and post workout... thats only a couple hours apart, no good
in fact when you're training you're not really going to be "anabolic" at all - you'll be tearing down muscle fibre hopefully. for our purposes you want you're body to be in a state of anabolism 24 hours a day, or as close to that as possible. Therefore try to spread your dosages of dbol evenly throughout the day, even 12 hours apart if you can. For example first thing with breakfast take 15 mg and then after dinner take 15 mgs something like that...
the last two little dbol kickstart cycles i've run i've done 20mg at around 8am and 20mg around 9pm - worked very well. I used to always spread my doses of orals 3-4 x per day, EG 10mg x 4, but last couple of times, even though I was sceptical, I went 2 x per day and the effect was very pleasing

yea makes more sense to spread them apart,
dbol 30mg weeks 1-4 ...i dont think ill go longer unless i feel really good ill add another week ?
That's fine. I use to space mine out as well. Once in the morning after breakfast, and once post-workout. Blue Hearts are great. In the past they were slightly overdosed hence why they have a good rep, but you can't go wrong with the Thai pinks, just be sure they're legit. Either is great.
yea cause guy told me that blue hearts are supposed to be stronger, im more focused on the test e if anything since its my first cycle , so pink would do fine
