For the next 2 months or so my training time will be very limited due to a new baby in the house. I get up at 630 and get the other 2 ready and take them to school. Then i will come home, train and get myself together and off to work by 925. I dont really have the option of getting up any earlier because I dont get home from work until 930 PM at the earliest and it can be much later. This really leaves me with 45 mins good training time plus warm up etc. Monday is my day off, and I have a lot more time, so tues through Fri I decided to focus on a few exercises in areas that I feel need improvement;
Front Squat
Power clean
RDL
OH press
Pull up
I will probably deadlift and bench on mondays since I have time, and split the above over the other 4 days. I want to do something everyday because I just enjoy it so damn much.
I would also like to be able to run a mile without dying, so I want to incorporate some light running at some point. I was also in a serious motor vehicle collision about 6 months ago and herniated two disks in my neck and suffered a head injury. As a result, I lost some muscle in my shoulders and upper back
My diet for those that are curious is primarily low carb at the moment because it works well for me, especially at a lower activity level.

do lite wt higher reps with shorter rest between sets appeal to ya at all? that would be one way to get alot of volume in & make it cardio in nature, plus let the injury recover further without heavier loads. and since you mentioned 2mos thats a fair amount of time to try something totally new and see how your body responds. just a thought

Thats pretty much a part of the plan, with the exception of the deads and cleans whitch will be 5x5 and 3x3 respectively.

Another alternative I am considering is to pick a core of 4 lifts; Front squat, row, bench, overhead press and do something like 5, 7, 11 or 4, 8, 12 on different days.
