I'M LOOKING TO LOSE 10 PLUS POUNDS. LOOKING FOR ADVISE ON WHAT TO EAT AND WHAT TO TAKE. IT'S ALWAYS EASY TO PUT ON THE WEIGHT BUT 10 TIMES HARDER TO LOSE IT. I'M DOING NOTHING BUT STRAIGHT CARDIO FOR NOW, AND I KNOW THIS WILL HELP BUT ALL ADVISE WILL BE HELPFUL.
THANKS

first i'd say incorporate a little lifting to maintain what you have - if you loose too much size than what is acceptable for you then you may yoyo back up
BASIC STUFF (this is the extent of what I know unfortunately):
Obviously -No shit food - forget that kfc or pizza hut even exist
no carbs for your last meal
stick to lean protein + fruit / veg for every meal as far as possible - cut out pasta, bread etc - not easy i know it sounds
careful also what you drink - too much juice may not be a good thing, obviously no fizzy sugary stuff
think of good quality food that fills you up without giving you many calories - filler foods, everyone's different. For example I find if I'm hungry just one banana tends to calm my stomach down and staves off the hunger for maybe an hour.

how much do you weigh? is 10 pounds a significant weight loss or not?
figure out what you are eating now, add up the calories and reduce them by what ever percent of your weight is ten lbs, giving preference to junk and carbs.
Oh yeah, if you are going to mod here, go lift some weights! Whats the matter with you?

Good basic advice- I would also incorporate some sort of carb cycling after about 3-4 weeks of dieting.

You're obviously a pretty solid unit bro... And you're already fairly lean... OK so you've got the muscle mass to generate a big metabolism on one hand but on the other you're trying to budge that last bit of fat which is the hardest to get rid of...
so you're looking to get your BF to 7%? (that's where you'd be if you lost 10lb of fat)
....
You getting ready for a comp...?

In that case, i wouldn't be looking at it from a lbs perspective, rather fat loss only. It will be much more serious than the above. We need to get more into your diet and training.

Some of the best compiled info can be found at bass's ..
http://www.basskilleronline.com/diet.shtml
Being that you are only trying to lose 10lbs, you should be able to achieve that relatively easy and in a short period of time without having to change too many things ..I would deff clean up the diet and really take a look at eating the right carbs and amount of carbs(like aj suggested)....What kind of cardio are you doing/training? I have found that cardio in the morning and short burst cardio works best for me....I like you, have a hard time losing weight and it is harder for me to maintain a clean diet....
Shit, I just realized this was in Nov...How were the holidays on you?
