glad to see you guys are still around!

a lot of life has happened since i have been gone, though i regret posting so minimally when i frequented the board in the past. i am a firm believer in not speaking up unless i know what i am talking about, but have learned a ton from reading your guys' posts over the past few years.

i am happy to say that i finally got the majority of the fat off (290 @ 30+ to 205 @ ~15) and am switching gears to bulking mode. been a long journey that i know a lot of you are familiar with. well worth it though!

just wanted to drop a quick line and say whattup!
