I am running a 12 week 600mg Test only cycle and now have developed a slight problem with my right bicep. It's not just sore, but it's hurting a bit. I am unsure what has happened. It's been going on now for a little while. Any advice on what I should do to help my situation. Should I simply take a break from a bicep work out, although it can start hurting when I am doing other body part routines.

What do most of you guys do when you are on a cycle and you have a more than slight soreness or outright pain?

If it's soreness bro than thats ok. But if it is pain, personally I would take a few days off to see if it heals. If not, you may want to see a Doc. If the paint stays within the next few days, I would stop your cycle. There is no point in possibly injuring yourself more, and wasting your money that you spent on your cycle.

Make sure you havn't had a small tear of the muscle where it ties into the tendon, and is there any black and blue spots?

IF so lay of imo of all movements that involve the bi's

and of course see a good doc and get it checked out.

Not black and blue spots. It feel good today. I gave it a couple days rest and everything seems to be fine. We'll see.
