Does anyone out there use CM as a PWO...or know anything about it? If so, any recommendations on recipe ( I know it sounds funny...a recipe for chocolate milk...thats like a recipe for Peanut butter and jelly). specific brands maybe? Most of the articles ive read tout the 1:4 protein carb ratio, which is fine, except for the fact that ive never seen a store bought brand that has the 1:4 ratio.
Anyway, I know this is probably not a hot topic, but just thought Id throw it out there. Any thoughts, comments or suggestions are appreciated
