3 months ago had low test levels ran a PCT by Dr. Scalley. Results are below.

Before After
Cholesterol 208 167
HDL 40 40
LDL 148 111

Progesterone 0.3 0.3

TSH 3.90 3.44

Testosterone
Free S 7.6 22.4 normal (9-30)
Total S 191 606 normal (240-950)

Didnt check insulin, coritsol, T3, or T4 this time.

Estrone 24 30

PSA -- 0.424

LH -- 6.0
FSH -- 1.9

I ended up dropping the test/progesterone cream after 2 months.

I ran the following protocol found over at mesomorphosis.com that Dr. Scalley had shown as an example.
HCG 2500iu Mon and Thur for 4 weeks
Nolv 10mg twice a day for 4 weeks
Clomid 50mg twice a day for 4 weeks

Took two weeks off all these products and went back and got checked.

Test levels look great. However my thyroid is shot. The TSH levels were still high. I am starting armour thyroid. Hopefully I will lean up now. Been busting my ass in the gym and eating pretty clean for 3.5 weeks now and have not seen any weight loss or body fat reduction. Normally it will melt off me at the beginning.

Progesterone was also low and doc recommend me using DHEA. However I think I am going to hold off on that for the time being.

The proof is in the pudding, no doubt about that... But it seems odd to me to split nolva / clomid into 2x per day when their half lives are over 7 days... And really odd to be running hcg at doses that are suppressive of LH

I am not sure the reasoning behind it. The doctor has used this protocol with success on AS users. I was desperate and willing to try anything so I did. Thankfully it worked.

Question is will it remain elevated.

I started on armour thyroid due to my high TSH levels.

Been eating alot cleaner the past 4.5 weeeks and back training/cardio 4-6 days a week and have seen no results in regards to loss of bodyfat or weight. I think something else is going on.

Good news is my wife may be pregnant. Took two test and both were positive and had morning sickness today. I am thankful for that.

Congratulations bro!!!

All you can do is wait a couple months and go back and get checked again... Keep in mind that the SERMS will take probably a month to clear after discontinuation, so you probably need to wait at least a couple months after you stop the nolva / clomid to see if your boys can support themselves on their own... If it keeps dropping off you may want to try low dose nolva / clomid (like 10mg nolva / 50mg clomid) maintenance for a while first... This isn't so bad if it works, it shows at least your body is capable of being stimulated to produce LH on its own... If that doesn't work then you know the problem is at the point of LH production
