to actually train at all!! started a new job few weeks ago working minimum 10 hour days plus not sleeping for shit (nothing new there)... so am starting to look like... well.. crap

Motivation and Time to exercise may be hard to find but its one day and 1 exercise at time. Trust me brutha we all be been there. It sucks right now but in due time it will get easier to get it all done.

hell ive done reached all goals in life....My whole jorney in weightlifting has been one big goal...nothing left really but to maintain and keep on lifting ...thats the sercert.never quit....dw

I'd like to train as well!! I've been out of the Gym since September Roughly 8 months now. I got hit not once, but twice by two different cars at two different times while I was waiting at red lights. What are the odds of that? I'll be off for another few months the doc tells me before I can go back to work or the gym! Wrote off both vehicles, I miss my 2008 Calibre, it was a great little car...

Dude that sucks. I hope it all works out for you. "PAIN & SUFFERING" pays alot of money. 2 cars at a stop light, were you parked under the stop light, lol, jk. Get well!!!!

you are right tho bro, happens to the best of us its just a matter of getting organised around the new work schedule... get back into the swing of things tomorrow night will let you know how it goes

MY GOAL! Have less stress, drink more beer, take more vacations and have more sex. Oh and continue my 530am workouts if possible. I really slack during the summer.

These all sound like good goals beside "drink more beer" I don't think I can drink more then I already do. LOL. Summer is the the hardest time for most people to stay motivated, but you have to do what you have to do, to stay on time of your game.

Thanks guys, yup it definitely sucks! Got sick of bleeding and every 2 seconds i check my rear view Mirror now while white knuckling the steering wheel. A car comes up to fast I buckle down hard lol.
