It seems that the basics of weightlifting is all fucked up now.....Everyone is looking for a quick fix to get hung...But yet the younger crowd is set out to abuse steroids without even building one inch of muscle natrual first....Its pure bullshit. What the fuck happen to the basic concepts of training....which is train hard, eat good and get rest.Well to you that fit this profile u have to get this shit right first....Frist off...natrual muscle will out last any muscle you build with steroids...What you see might seem real to you but come on lets face the fucking facts...once you drop the juice you srink back down to zero...If you havent build anything natrual you have nothing but fake muscle....It best you listen up and get down to the basics and forget about the drugs ..You need to foucs on training hard and eatting good and build some real beef first before starting off juiceing...Learn to walk first before u learn to run....Once you build a good foundation then juice it up ...So atleast if you ever to decide to stop doing steroids you have some natrual muscle.....This is why one basic concept is to train natrual first for 10 years before juiceing.....Because after 10 years by that time you should have reached your peak....So,then now you have build a soild foundation which is real and its there to last long as you keep training.....As much as i love juiceing and those that know me well know im one mega doser ..I can slam down some juice but i put my years in training natrual and built up to 220 from 143 natrual i know i will not lose that if i ever decide to stop juiceing....Right now im sitting at 261 so thats about 41 lbs heaver on roids that is actually fake.41 lbs of fake muslce....Do you keep any of the muscle from juiceing.....hardly any...sorry its the facts........So, any young people reading this and you havent put in the effort of training natrual for x amount of years and your juiceing it up ....You really have nothing there.....You can flex and profile all you want but soon as the juice stops your right back to the same stick boy u once was before....Hey dont take it from me.Debate this thread all you like....Im not going to debate shit.I know better then you..Ive been around longer.....If your smart u will listen put in the work and get back to the basics first instead of depending on the steroids which is totally fake...I can say im 41 lbs fake but the rest of me is real......dw

i agree 100% with you DW. to many young kids want to get big fast and dont know anything about lifting weights eating or training properly. i like the ones you talk about hit the juice for 3 months and get some size and then run out of money and shrink back to nothing. lol.

Well said DW- the kiddies want nothing to do with the effort of busting there asses and working hard to build a natty base-its gear with no sleep or nutrition- ghey and a waste.
Let em keep trying that way- they'll be small the hard workers will grow.

Good thread DW, I get so sick of guys coming on the boards asking for critique of their +1000mg/week cycles and they've only been training for less than a year.

Years ago I had a younger guy ask "Why can't just inject in my arm? That is where all my veins are at?"
Fuckin' moron was planning to inject Test Cyp straight into his veins...

Injecting a cc or two of test straight IV?!?! Wow
I'm one of the younger (less than 25) guys on these boards, so I partially feel a need to defend myself, but also to share my first hand experience. I say all lifters look for every advantage they can get in the beginning and I was no exception. I tried every supplement (non-AAS) the magazines had to offer. I made minimal gains, mainly just beginner gains. It wasn't until I started searching online and reading books that I began to realize the importance of diet. That's when I began to really grow. I made great gains as a natural and packed on about 50 pounds of mass naturally before I took the plunge into AAS.
AAS has always been available, but now with the internet and open source boards it's more easily obtainable by complete newbs than ever before. The guys your talking about will never learn, and if they do, there will be plenty more to take their place. Just laugh at them as they pack on 15 pounds in 12 weeks and their bench jumps to 250, but then 4 weeks after coming off they are back to weighing 170 and benching 185.
The other day I was in the gym and a kid about my same age and half my size asked me for a spot on bench. He struggled to grind out 4 reps of 225. Not making fun of him, but he hops up and the first thing he says is what are taking??? I couldn't help but to laugh. I told him 6500 calories spread over 8 meals, how about you? Sadly I think I just confused him though...
