I usually don't like sweets, but I wil MAWL anything in th SOUR PATCH candy family. And I make a dish I learned from a place in Hawaii called The Hukilau Cafe called the LOCO MOCO.
You take about 500g or so of sticky rice(uncle bens is ok, but not the same), two 1/2 lb burger patties cooked to your liking, you have to have brown or beef gravy, and eggs(yolkes unbroken).
Now, place rice on plate, burgers side by side on top of rice, cover with gravy lightly, take and fry two eggs overeasy, put them on top of the patties(over the gravy), then add another layer of gravy. Feel free to use as much rice as you like. I even add cheddar cheese sometimes. IF you have not tried it, it is DAMN GOOD!

Throw some ground beef and sour cream in that, and I'm smiling!!!
I'll just have to try that. Do I replace the chicken or have both chicken and ground beef on the nachos?
