Other than milk thistle, what OTC supplements do you recommend for liver health? I got my blood test results back today & my AST is 107 (up from 51 in December 2009) & my ALT is 92 (up from 71 in December 2009). I'm not worried about it but my doctor gets overly concerned every time something comes back elevated.

n-acetyl-cysteine and r-ala do mine a lot of good.
