Turkey bacon diced
Diced onion
Diced Green pepper
Diced cold chicken
Ok... Ok... Ok.... Everything is diced! Duh!
4 eggwhites.
Cooked bacon first to crisp it a bit. Then I took it out of the pan.
I used EVOO(for your Rachel Ray weirdos-LOL) extra virgin olive oil.
Just a tablespoon or less. All the veggies an the pan to lightly saute(sp).
Then put the chicken and turkey in to brown a bit more and mix in all the flavors...yummy!
Fluff egg whites(or whole egg-I like the yolk taste ) cook all until done.
Server with whole wheat flour tortillas, if you choose.
Salsa is also a good enhancer.

sounds good. i cheat with my breakfast egg whites. i leave one yolk in for some color and friggin flavor lol
