Good to be here, I thank Realize for the ref that has me here saying Hi.

See a lot of family I know and a bunch yet to meet here.

If you don't know me here I am: Closer to fifty than forty, training is what keeps me sane and pretty much level what with work and school and all. Lifting has helped me grow past lifes negative influences and keep moving forward. Not many folks in my everyday life are driven this way; the board community has been a godsend and I'm thankful for the friends I've made over the years.

Hey, is it true if I drink winny I'll be able to sing like the dude in Hatebreed? That band pumps me!
