When i look around at people working out.All i see is chicken shit workouts going on... I feel like most the time to push them to off the side and show them how a master fucker lifts freeweights...Maybe smake them in the face and make them wake up and face the iron like a iron god . Maybe they need a rude awakeing?....It would show them right....But instead i just stare at them and mumble to myself...Dont dare make eye contact because then i would show your punk ass you cant out lift my dick. There is only one aproach to lift and that is hardcore style...When ever i had workout partners i made them ALL SHIT ON THEMSELFS..This is no fucking joke..My whole aim is to break there back..I try my hardest to make them quit...And if they stick it out they become hardcore ..Ive never took it easy on anyone..Its not my style..Everyone saids their way is best....well.how many fuckers have you made shit?How many fuckers have you broke there there back and made them cry and want to quit? So,when ever someone saids i want to workout you....Your simply dead meat....I will beat the the living iron out of u...Sometimes people should beware what you ask for because sometimes there isnt enough tolit paper to wipe your fucking ass........ deadweight

dont make me laugh....my main reason for such a post...im tired of seeing mother fuckers thinking they got what it takes but really just still babies at the iron pit....So there is only one way to show them whos king barbell is to take the bar from them and show them what years of brutal training can do for them....all these pretty boys flexing infront the mirror with ther paper thin muscle frame makes me sick...i only test a mans lifting histroy by pure power....If they haven built any ture test of power then they been sucking lollypops...Ive allways felt that way and i will never change my approach on my way of thinking....im just keeping it real.....this boardss need more trash talk to get people off there ass and do something about it.....Put down the micky mousce muscle and fitness mags and get your ass under a power rack and forget about the being GQ...The world is full of them and i love pushing my weight around those types....dw

best total ive ever reached was a 2,000 total at 248lb..Now of days im hunreds of miles away from that total due to long trem injuries,im still over a 500 lbs bencher,my dead lifts around 605 and m squat i dont go over 500 due to bad disk problems...Its just a matter of training for power and strengh and anyone can some what maintain there full power movements....
Isnt it fucked up to know how the iron game has changed the for worst..Now more then offen they print some model with a few cuts to promote whatever they are selling and trying to push down your ass to buy or do...The of iron has been taken over by super GQ models and yuppies that couldnt out lift grandma if they tryed to....They dont give a shit about sweat guts and blood...They give a fuck about looking super hot ..Hmmm,maybe they should were a shirt that siads fuck me im hot looking ..Let me set the record stright..fitness and weightlifting has been linked together like some kind of soical cancer....Well,its not the same....If u ask most people that lift and ask them why do you lift ?more then likely the answer u will hear is to look better...What has ever happen to the quest of getting bigger?When i stated my jorney i never once lifted to look good ..i lifted to get big and strong..beauty wasnt even a dream.As the world turns so dose the real bloody roots of weightlifting change and not for the good but to wipe away the foundation of what weightlifting was all about from the start.The cancer has spread so far its to the point of no return..This is why hardcore was driven undergound....Hardcore doesnt fit todays profile of beauty....Well thanks to fucking Hollywood for that shit....Evevyone want to be just like hollywood....fashion and all there glory glamor crap.Hardcore has no place in the world of lifting now....so,10 percent of the lifting world is driven downward wile the 80% is at top promoteing glamor with lttle papaer thin muslce fashion models...

DW would you please tell us what you think.........
I never trained BB style, my goal was always to lift more weight, every exercise I did was so I could bench, sq or DL more weight, anything else was a waste of time.
I think the same thing DW especially when i see personal trainers having fat people stand on one leg and do db curls with 5 lbs. waste of time,

now thats what im talking about.....ive had a few broken blood viessil in my eyes balls from strangeing max out lifts.i rememebr one meet both my eyes had broken blood viessil ...one from a open lift on the squat and one on a major pull on the DL atemping a 705 pull......Not to mention all the clasis i ripped from my hands pulling......I done some crazy shit man..all in the glory of IRON....heavy metal music loud and rock my brain to amp me up during workout and meets...I sure miss the combat days where i could take major blows and still roll with the weights......dw

i know your style op Your one of the same breeds i come from old school lifting....Times have changed my friend....No one cares about the hardcore style of lifting WHY..Plain and simple....ITS TO FUCKEN HARD....Instead people want things given to them instead of the old fashion ways...earn what you want......Work for it....People like me have been forced undergound ..training at home because i make to much nosie at gyms or they cant take me chalking up the place...or telling me im a high risk becuse what i lift is to much....WFT....Or maybe because my lifting gear is full of holes and tore apart and not suitable for there own dam style....The closet thing to a hardcore gym here would be considered worlds gym...but other then that its all for hollywood glamor and fix your hair before you come workout out.and please dont forget the makeup ladies...You got to look realy good wile working out.....I can tell u..i could give a rats ass about looks....And that is the cancern that killing this sport now for years and years now...LOOKS....sex appeal....You know what sex appeal is to me.. a mother fucker shitting himself wile lifting becuase hes pushing his limits ....Much repect OP...glad to have u around good buddy....dw

you are hard core DW and there aren't very many in todays gym's like you. it has never been easy and it will never be easy.
