Knowing that clen has a very long active half-life which is ~34 hours. I have dosed several different ways over the years and have settled on what I believe is best. I am very interested in hearing the approach of others.

I prefer it in the am upon waking for the fact the more active you are in the early morning why of course the more calories it will help to burn verse after-noon or night.

relay though I prefer albuterol now for the shorter half-life and being able to sleep better at night with it vrse the clen.

I havent used it in years however I have had some long night taking Clen after 3 pm. I think the best time is early am.

When I tried clen, I used it in the A.M.

Though I don't use clen anymore. I prefer using the ECA stack.

Guys,

Thanks for your responses. I too had either taken mine first thing or once in the AM and once early PM to prevent the insomnia. Recently though I was chatting with a national level competitor and he told me he took his all at night immediately before going to sleep. I was very surprised and asked if that impacted his sleep any. His response was that he only had unusual dreams. In fact he said this way he slept through the jitters. He also stated that the effectiveness should be the same given the long half life. I tried it the following night and BAM it was a dream come true. Got up the next morning and did my cardio and of coarse HR was up a bit as well as body temp. Athough, I avoided all the jitters and anxious feeling I got with it in the past. The key is to take it just before falling asleep.

Respectfully,

Yeah, I had a few friends tell me the same thing. I've never tried it that way, I have bad enough insomnia as it is, but they said this protocol of using Clen is amazing.

Yea I have the insomnia issue as well, now using keto with it might help balance that out since it puts me to sleep.

I use to take it right before I went to the gym, I work out at different times of the day so there wasnt a set schedule when I took it, could be first thing in the morning or late afternoon. I would take it for 1 week on and 1 week off cause my body got used to it real fast and I would be doing 200mcg at the end of the week, I lost some good weight though and got real ripped, but I was so dang fidgety and shakey I couldnt be still.

Thats good to know cause I HATE taking this stuff and I sell it to larger women who HATE it as well. I'll have to pass along the info and see how it treats them. I always took it twice a day though to minimize some of the worse off side effects to little effect though...

earlier the better. one reason people take it right before bed is so they dont have to deal with any of the side effects,if you get them. i wouldnt try this because i wake up randomly in the middle of the night. prolly would be a problem trying to fall back to sleep.

I too have minor innsomnia and wake up a couple times a night(ususally to pee as I drink a lot of water). I merely take a sleep aid supplement (like Champion Nutritions) and I have not had any issue either falling asleep nor falling back to sleep after I awake.

I voted for first thing in the morning, however.........

I can see how taking it RIGHT before sleep might work. Sometimes when I get a chance to take a nap I drink a cup of coffee RIGHT before I go to sleep, and this helps me to wake up and get rolling. If I wait to long to lay down or something happens and wakes me, forget it. My nap is over and I'm not a happy camper.
I can see where this would work, but if I got woke up for whatever reason I would be screwed. For me getting only 4 to 6 hours sleep anyway, I don't think I could risk it. Not at this point....

Peace,
Mad_dawg

I take it about 1-2 hours before bed if i am working but if i'm not then i take it when i wake up in the morning. The reason for before bed is that Clen actually makes me very tired so if i have to work i have to wait till i get home because i would want to take a nap by 10am. I do get the clen shakes but it's nothing that keeps me up at night.
