With recent curiosities into the world of peptides, I've decided to have a small trial for myself. Doses are all given at 100mcg/peptide (saturation dose). Below are my findings (as they happen).

Okay, so I'm on day two of my slin+peptide run, and I've noticed several things so far.

First injection of cjc-1293 + ghrp-2 went well, and nothing noticeable until about the 1 hour mark. At that time I felt a little jittery (almost hypo-like), and had the most intense hunger I've ever had! This subsided within another half hour or so however. The next identical shot went somewhat the same.

Unfortunately the pre-bed shot was after a 1.5 hour game of ice hockey, so adrenaline was flowing through my veins for some time, and heart rate was up. Having said that, I took my CJC-1293 + Ipamorelin about 15 minutes before I hit the bunk (12:30am). NEVER SLEPT UNTIL 3:30-4am! Again, due to the hockey, I'm unable to comment on whether this can be attributed to the peptides or not.

This morning I started off with my CJC-1293 + GHRP-2 and noticed very little in effects compared to the previous day, although I did notice increased hunger.

At 7pm this evening (PWO) I injected 6iu of humalog IM, followed by my PWO shake, then 45 min later PWO meal. Never noticed any ill effects (I tend to get hypo easily, so I was almost surprised to see this). 10 minutes after my PWO shake I injected another CJC-1293/GHRP-2 dose. Nothing particularly noticeable afterward. This may be due to the PWO meal keeping everything in check and subsiding the hunger!

In about 1 hour it will be 11pm, and I'm going to enjoy another CJC-1293+Ipamorelin shot pre-bed with a protein shake. Hopefully I can report a great night sleep.

can you clarify: work out / slin / pwo shake / peptides / meal

is this correct? if so it looks perfect according to what I know...based on research and advice.

I've since switched to having my workout, then immediately followed by my peptides, waiting 10-15 minutes after the peptide injection, then my slin. Then my PWO shake and 45min later my meal.

Reasoning is that slin blunts GH expression, so to avoid this (as you would when you have peptides any other time of day), you do not ingest carbs (or inject slin) within the first 10-15 minute window after your peptides.

To give a quick update, I now sleep incredibly deep, almost to the point I do not want to wake up! I'm also experiencing vivid dreams (I am someone who usually doesn't even think they dream, or at least I don't remember them). The past 3 nights have been like this.

As for dosing, it still remains the same on the peptide side. I'm at 10iu slin PWO now however. Still haven't noticed any hypo or anything, so that's good. I've also decided to do every shot (slin/peptide) IM into the last muscle worked in hopes I can gain from any of the reported site specific growth phenomena I've read about.

Current stats are 215 lbs (5'9"), bodyfat seems to have gone down considerably. I don't use calipers or anything so any number I spit is a rough estimate based on the mirror only.

I do know I've been feeling pretty good all over. I usually have bad knee's, and they don't seem to be acting up as much this week. Hopefully not just a placebo effect, but time will tell.

I have been pinning slin pre workout (1 hour). train.. peptides PWO... and eat within 30 minutes. My understanding is that slin helps in the uptake of the peptides. much in the same way referance post workout nutrition / slin.

Peptide / slin / hgh protocols are a work in progress .... it can get confusing at times. That's why a log like this is nice to follow.

Personally I'd be afraid of going hypo if I had slin pre-workout. The half-lives are also very different. I'm using Humalog slin, so it's peaked at 1hr, but my peptides are about 1.5-2 hours. Having said that, carbs blunt the GH expression due to the peptides (within the 15-20 min window after pep injection). So with that in mind, I'm thinking that this may be my optimal timing, however as you said, peptide protocols are a work in progress!


Btw, I'm now on week 2 of my experimentation. So far so good. Still a little hard to tell what is due to peptides/slin/aas, but there is some serious repartitioning going on here! Also having a much higher quality of sleep at night!

I am not a pep authority, but have enjoyed reading your thread so thanks for putting it up. I have been using and studing them for about a year and can say they are a great investment. I too have added slin to the mix about three months ago. Like midevil I run my slin PRW and my peps PWO. I can also say that I can not shoot peps pre bed or I sleep like crap or should I say I don't sleep. LOL
