Am trying to do a lil research

Have a lady friend who is 46, in great shape and does exercise. not a hard core trainer or bodybuilder by any means. she is interested in running GH for anti aging purposes. Assume Blue tops - and am interested in dosing?

I have heard thus far .25 to .50 IU a day 5x a week and also .50 IU 3x a week for dosing

any thoughts for those that have knowledge or have read up on dosing for women for this purpose?

thanks!

Most females I know who are using it for anti-aging, have done well with 1iu 7 days a week. 2iu and slightly more for females that training pretty serious. My girlfriend used it at 1iu for a couple months until she got pregnant. Initially she felt a bit of tingles and stiffness in her fingers, and it subsided after a couple weeks.
I put a 50+ yr old female friend who's all about aging, on 1iu and she's been doing real well with that for the past 5+ months.

I would agree with Testboner. It depends on how her body will react to it but 1iu ed and if she feels frisky up to 2iu ed. I've never been one to see eod use and the females I know that have taken use exactly how I described.

LOW is the key. To high and women risk screwing with their thyroids.

1iu is a great dose and depending on the quality of product can in some cases be to high.

^Gotta agree with that. I know MANY women who get by very well with less than 1i.u. per day and a couple of them are pretty hard core with their training.

My wife, and some of her friends have had great results using 1iu/ed. My wife especially loves the benefits, especially when doing shows, as it tends to keep her stomach really tight. But the thing she like most about it, it made her skin look better. I think a good range is between 1/2 - 1iu/ed. I dont see a need for women to go any higher. Depends on the brand too. Only brands I trust to give to my wife and her friends were Jintropin, hyges or riptropin.

Thanks alot for all the input everyone! smile.gif

I try to keep in perspective that while I am a hardcore trainer, my GF is not and for the most part she may be on the treadmill running 2-3x a week. very fit at 5-9, 140lbs ,naturally lean and eats clean

the more I read as well it seems like .5iu a day is a good place to start. to me it seems best to start low and then if needed work up over time
