THATS IT! IM RUNNING A FAT CYCLE IM SICK OF MEDIOCRE GAINS!

IVE GOT 7 YRS EXPIERENCE OF CYCLES. HELP ME CONSTRUCT A REAL "PRO" BODYBUILDING CYCLE!!!

I WANNA GET A LIL BIGGER BUT FUCKING SHREDDED!!!!
UNFORTUNATELY I CANT AFFORD HGH, BUT IN ABOUT 1-2MONTHS ILL BE ABLE TOO. SO UNTIL THEN HELP ME FIGURE A CYCLE UP.

IM THINKING:

750mg-1g test cyp/week
150mg NPP eod
400mg primo depot/week
40mg anavar/daily
t3 ramp up down cycle dont know duration help needed
HELIOS
DNP

Well Im not a pro and I dont have any secrets, but its always hard to get bigger and shredded at the same time, so if you figure it out lmk. Im older now , so I dont really worry about size. Im just trying to get as lean as possible right now. Im doing gh, primo, tren, masteron, and a little var. I can tell you this, once you start getting shredded you will look bigger. Ive been dropping a few pounds lately and Ive still had people tell me I look like Im getting bigger even though Im not. Sorry , I know that didnt help any but maybe someone else here can help you out.

Test dose is at or above your previous cycles?
750mg ed is a good dose, 600mg ed used in men on a few clinical studeis showed almost no negative side-effects.

primo won't do much for mass but won't hurt. Maybe save it for an all out cutting cycle on a restricted diet.

Anavar imo go with 60mg -75mg

NPP is fine, it might add a bit off water which will make you appear a bit smooth, water problems to bad add a natty diuretic or even over the counter diurex (the one that has pamabron) .

T-3 ramp up and down will be catabolic with the doses used on the t-3 "ramp" 25mcg everday is the most I would take which shouldn't affect gains, some use it to help keep fat gain down. IMO I'd realy save that for another cycle to cut with. and most definitely with DNP.
Helios if you need a boost of energy, use sparingly if your going for all out mass on this cycle though.

Use an anti E, aromatase inhibitor like good old anastrazole. .5 EOD or 1mg every two days. Test can block cortiosl but we don't need estrogen boosting it either or aldosterone. You may need more anastrazole, that's a basic guide line that works for most. And that dose is no ware near going to supress estrogen levels below the normal.

biochemical individuality, theese are some guide lines to work with and things will always need to be adjusted. Good reason to log all cycles and past experiences , positive and the negative for future cycle planning imo.

More drugs isn't necessarily the answer. Have you honestly critqued your diet and training?

So what you need to do is come up with a long term "plan"... You seem to have very high (but achievable) expectations. IMO, you are better served reaching your goal over 2 to 3 cycles. Guys that I have trained with who try to accomplish a bulk/cut within the same cycle end up dissapointed. Here is my plan that works for nearly everyone if you stick to it: First cycle is an all out bulker. Get your calories way up but still try to eat as clean as possible. Lift for size, low-mid reps with heavy weight. Choose only a couple compounds at solid doses for around 12 weeks or so (test/Deca with a dbol kickstart is a great option).

If you decide to do only 2 cycles to accomplish your goal the next should be a straight cutter for about the same length of time. Compounds to use can vary, but you need to have a caloric deficit diet. Fasted cardio in the mornings and after your resistance training will really help cut you up. Tren is something that is really good at keeping size on you while your body is in caloric deficit. T3, I wouldn't go over 25mcg as there's really no need. Any more than that and you risk losing a bit of muscle (especially if you gained a lot during the last bulking cycle). Clen, helios, ephedra, and anything else that will give you added energy during cardio workouts and weightlifting is a plus.

Just do a little more research on some of these items and post up some more questions if you have them. I could continue to list more advice, but where would that really get you in the long run?
