Hey everyone! I know for myself as a woman, especially when I've been using gear, my muscles get too strong for my wrists and other joints. The most important thing you can ever do for this is to stretch your wrists...(and other joints) So I wanted to share a video of an excellent wrist stretch that makes my work outs a lot more comfortable wink.gif
