It's MUCH better for you to eat raw. Here is a high protein, omega, calcium, vitamin and mineral packed lunch I often take when I know I won't be able to heat anything up.
Baby spinach salad with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chopped almonds and hemp hearts (those are a must as they are packed full of protein!) bring a can of tuna and a can opener, put some flax seed oil and lemon juice in a small container to top off the salad with afterwards. I also include red, yellow and green peppers, onions, zucchini and some kale (another super food). Add goat cheese for a little bit more wonderful
This salad doesn't have to be heated, is FULL of great stuff and will keep you very full.
try it out

Just regular diet right now...with a little toward bulking up. Higher calories during the day as clean as possible without being to bland.

I remember one summer doing construction, and I was dieting for my vacation to vegas. Long story short, there was no microwave and I usually have to have my chicken or turkey or steak warm before I could eat it. Well, I learned to eat cold chicken, steak, and rice. Kinda sucked, but hey you do what you have to do. Suck it up brutha..
