I don't know if anyone else does this but I love running these two together, plus with the frequent injects it makes sense to load both in the same syringe to minimize injects. For those who do the same, how do you make sure everything stays sterile. I typically wipe the top of both vials with alcohol to make sure the rubber is sterile even the I store my bottles in an airtight compartment. Fill the prop, wipe the syringe with alcohol, then fill the Fina. Obviously alcohol swab the site of injection as well.
Anyone else take this much precaution or more or less? Maybe I'm just paranoid but I figure better safe than sorry.
All thoughts and comments welcome please.

90% isopropyl and contact time of 1 minute to kill everything.
but hell I'm not that patient! lol
yea I do wipe things off all the time with the alcohol.
I worked in infection control for a bit at the Hospital as well ,so got to know all of the contact times needed for cleaners to make sure surfaces are sterile.

I must admit I'm not either....though I try to be.
So you think I'm good or anything else you suggest Shine?

Swab both vial stoppers with alcohol, allow to dry, use a separate needle to draw into your syringe (same draw needle is fine for both vials of course), replace your inj needle, swab your inj site, let air dry, pin it.
Basic sterlie inj 101.

I never switched needles for the inject, hell don't switch for a single bottle fill. Never had a problem. Something to think about. Appreciate it.

Do yourself a favor - get some 21g needles to use as your draw needle. You don't want to be drawing with the same needle your injecting with. Your radically increasing the potential of a sterility problem, as well as doing more tissue damage than necessary.
Have you ever seen this pic? Under a microscope you can see the damage to the needle tip after just one shot. If your drawing two oils with the same needle and then injecting with it - your using a dull tip.

Wow, that is dramatic......(hope nobody uses the same one 6 times, haha) I will look into that.

Needles are cheap, keep your health in mind and always change needles.

I dont bother cleaning the drawing pin with alcohol. I just make sure the tops of vials are sterile and draw.
