What's your weakest body part, and what are you doing to bring it up?

For me, it was legs from day one. Genetic curse. First year they grew a couple of inches; the next couple years, another inch or so. Wasn't from a lack of work, just stalled. Then, the same week I started enhancement at the end of May this year, I tore my meniscus getting out of bed. Grrr. I was able to start training them again around the first of September. Since that time I have been hitting them with frequency, 2-3 times a week, using different exercises each time. E.g., main lift squats in one session, leg press in another. Also started using hex bar deads, which puts more emphasis on the legs then the back. As a result, the middle of my thigh has grown 2" since 9-1. Still have a long way to go but it's encouraging to be making progress again.

If your not into bodybuilding, then what's your weakest lift, and what are you doing to bring it up?

Maybe something you share will help someone with the same lagging bodypart or lift.

i dont know what approach u use to train legs....but maybe u should try high volume training with your legs and then swich to over load training...try to confuse them....legs being such a big muscle group it does take some pushing to get them to grow ...which means u have to push them beyound the pain factor....to the point of burning...dw

Legs used to be my weakest due to bad knees and just neglecting them for the first couple years of training. This past year or so, I have really gotten them stronger and bigger. Ive got some separation showing in them now too. At this point Id say abs are my worst area. Ive got an umbilical hernia so it makes training them a bit difficult.

You know I bet the knee was injured before somewhat if you had been lifting and that crazy wrong move finnished it.

hard to say, seen it happen that way.

Thanks DW. You know I have been doing high volume frequency work... basically 2-3 times a week. This has spurred some growth and I'm optimistic that I can continue it.

Defiantly my bi's.

Trying to shock them with drop set followed by a few burn outs. The type of training I've started to use for all bodyparts.
